Build trucking dispatch software for a small fleet of one to twenty trucks.

1. Records: load, driver, truck, broker or shipper, and document.
2. Dispatch board: open, covered and at risk loads grouped by day, with drag or click assignment to a truck.
3. Load record: pickup and delivery windows, addresses, commodity, weight, rate, accessorials, broker reference, and status timeline.
4. Documents: upload and attach the rate confirmation, BOL and POD to a load. Show thumbnails and allow download.
5. AI extraction: read an uploaded rate confirmation or broker email and prefill the load fields. Always show extracted values for confirmation before saving, and keep the original file linked.
6. Hours guard: store driver duty timestamps and compute remaining drive time in code. Show it on the assignment screen and block assignments that violate the limit.
7. Deadhead ranking: store truck location, compute deadhead miles and estimated fuel cost, and rank open loads by effective rate per loaded mile.
8. Driver updates: generate the pickup and delivery message, send it by SMS or email with a status link, and record each status change on the load.
9. Invoicing: draft an invoice per delivered load with attached POD, and track paid status.
10. Reporting: revenue per truck, per broker and per month, plus on time pickup and delivery rates.
